2022 RYFC Registration

PRIOR TO PRECEEDING WITH REGISTRATION PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FILLED OUT AND SAVED TO YOUR DEVICE. YOU WILL BE PROMPETD TO UPLOAD THEM LATER IN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

In addition to the 2 registration forms (links provided below), please have the following if available: Child's Photo, Physical Form, Birth Certificate, Final Report Card. The league forms are electronically fillable for your convenience. They are also available under the REGISTRATION FORMS tab on the home page. You will be prompted later in the registration process to upload them to the website!!

DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION, THE HORNETS ARE ALLOWING YOU TO SELL CANDY BARS AS OPPOSED TO THE MANDATORY BUYOUT WITH ONLINE REGISTRATION. WE ASK THAT THAT IF YOU WANT TO SELL CANDY THAT YOU CONTACT US AT 585-502-8404 AND LEAVE YOUR CONTACT INFO. WE WILL GET THE CANDY TO YOU TO SELL.

Registering a participant with the Hamlin Hornets includes two fundraisers. The first is the candy bar fundraiser. If you chose to participate in this fundraiser you will agree to sell the candy bars presented to you for $2 each. All candy bar money is due by our first parents meeting of the season! The cost for the buyout option is $60 for the first participant and $30 for each additional participant. When registering one participant DO NOT check the box for the discount. (you will be responsible for the difference) When registering multiples, only check the box for the second or more participant not the first.

The second fundraiser is the Lotto fundraiser. You can choose to participate in this fundraiser when it becomes available or choose the buyout option. The buyout option is $40 for the first participant and $25 for each additional. When registering one participant DO NOT check the box for the discount. (you will be responsible for the difference) When registering multiples, only check the box for the second or more participant not the first. NOTE: WHEN REGISTERING ONE CHILD DO NOT CHECK THE BOXES FOR THE MULTIPLE REGISTRANT DISCOUNTS FOR THE FUNDRAISERS. IF REGISTERING MORE THAN ONE PARTICIPANT ONLY CHECK THE DISCOUNT BOXES FOR THE 2ND OR MORE PARTICIPANTS, NOT ALL REGISTRANTS. (YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISCOUNTS CLAIMED ERRONEOUSLY).
